As Agents - we provide the following services to owners : |

- Firm cost indication (Proforma Disbursement Account) for vessel’s Port of call
- Ensure prompt berthing of Vessel and commencement of Discharge/ Loading
- Appointment of independent surveyors – if reqd.
- Regular visits to the vessel to ensure instructions and/or clauses in charter party are adhered to and report activities
- Execution of ordered services ensuring all 3rd parties perform and deliver the services and products in the way customer has specified.
- Co-ordinate for fresh water/ bunkers/ provisions/laundry
- Serve NOR and settle with charterer's agent &/SOF (if applicable)
- Post Departure documentation and final disbursement account is prepared including original vouchers
- Liberty retain the relevant documentation on file for a minimum of 3 years
