Container availability and the Economics. Scrap traffic has mostly excelled
wherein the scrap exporting locations are repositioning zone for Shipping lines.
Another problem envisaged is that most lines are reluctant to provide boxes for
scrap shipment since it is more scepticle to container damages and for which
invariably consignees dispute to pay up. Contrary to that, most lines favour the
intermediary role of Liberty wherein Liberty takes the onus for damage
compensation from most parties as justified. |
